How to clean product

 

Jars can be cleaned by putting water and soap in jar and use it like normal blending operations

 

Body of the Blender to be cleaned with little wet cloth

The product does not start or not working.

 

Cause - No power supply/ Tip over Switch Trip

 

Action - Ensure power supply and check the plug is inserted firmly into the socket.

 

Press the Tip over Switch

 

If it still doesn't work,please contact Lifelong customer care center

The result/performance is not satisfactory

Cause - overloading

 

Action - Fill the chutney jar up to the level of blades & the other 2 jars up to 2/3 of capacity of the jar

Cause - sizes of the ingredients is not proper

 

Action - Cut/Brake down the ingredients to be ground into appropriate size.

Cause - Wrong Jar / Blade Used

 

Action - Ensure that you are using the jar / blade for its right / intended purpose

Product generated abnormal sound

Cause - Jar is not locked properly

 

Action - Lock the jar properly

Cause - Coupler is loosened up

 

Action - Tighten the coupler

Reason of Scrateches on jar body?

 

Do not use metal scrub, same instructed in manual

In what cases warranty would be void?

 

A. The completely filled warranty card is not presented
  at the time of servicing the product

 

B. The product is not operated according to the
  instructions given under the user manual.

 

C. Product has been damaged due to installation,
repairs, alterations or modifications by unauthorized
  service organizations or persons

 

D. Product label specifying the model number, serial
number and production code has been removed
  and altered.

 

E.Defects or parts requiring replacement due to
ordinary wear and tear, corrosion, rust or stains,
scratches, dents on the casing or paintwork of the
  product

 

F. Claims damaged and/or missing parts
(accessories) after 7 days from the original date of
  goods received. 

 

G.Defects or faults in product which have been used
for commercial/industrial purposes or which have
been rented/leased or have been otherwise subject
  to non-household/non-domestic use.

Repairs or replacements will be carried out by authorized service centre
