All Uflex ASINs are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. All ASINs under warranty are
eligible for a full refund or replacement.
We will honor the warranty for up to 1.5 years (18 months) post-purchase.
If the unit was purchased more than 1.5 years (18 months) ago, we will offer a 20% refund or discount
towards the purchase of a new unit.
All ASINs are eligible for returns through Amazon only and must have been purchased within the last 30
days.
-After 30 days, we can replace or refund without return for any reason up to 60 days from the date of
purchase. No approval is necessary.
-After 60 days, refunds are handled without a return on a case-to-case basis. We must contact COA or
BM for assistance and approval prior to offering a refund.
Warranty Policy for European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK) Markets
EU markets have a 2-year warranty.
UK markets have a 6-year warranty.
If the general warranty period is more than what is stated above, honor the higher warranty period for
EU/UK customers.
Note: We are unable to process replacements or refunds for customers who purchased
products from an unauthorized seller.
