All products and all of their components are fully covered. Insert within product packaging says Lifetime 

Warranty. 

IF IT HAS BEEN LESS THAN 1 YEAR SINCE PURCHASE: 

REPLACEMENTS: If a customer is not happy with their purchase or has identified their item as 

defective, representatives can send a replacement without COA approval. They do not need to return 

the original product. 

REFUNDS: If a customer is unhappy and requests a refund rather than a replacement, you may 

refund them without COA approval --- as long as there is proof that the product was purchased from 

us within the past year, and not from another seller. They do not need to return the original product. 


IF IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 1 YEAR SINCE PURCHASE: 

REPLACEMENTS: LIFETIME WARRANTY only for those who would want a replacement. No need 

to contact COA and BM for replacement product approval. 

REFUNDS: After 1 year of purchase, refunds will not be approved. 


Will we issue replacements or refunds for customers who purchased products from an unauthorized 

retailer? 

No, we do not replace or refund customers who purchase our products through unauthorized retailers. We 

suggest that they reach out to where they bought it from for an appropriate solution. 


Customer Received Item as a Gift & Unable to Provide Order Details: 

If the customer received the product as a gift, we can process a one-time exception to replace the item. 


Customer Unable to Provide Order Number: 

Walk the customer through steps on how to find their Amazon order number. If a customer is still unable to 

locate their order number and it was not purchased as a gift for them, it was probably not bought on Amazon 

and we will not be able to provide a refund or replacement. 

The customer replies “YES” to the Shopify email to get the free gift: 

Please send the customer HW-XXBW-X0FI Face Mask. 

Please honor the replacement and expedite shipping when applicable.


If a Snappy Representative reaches out for a customer replacement: 

Please send the replacement without escalation to the BM/COA. 


Warranty Policy for European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK) Markets 

EU markets have a 2-year warranty. 

UK markets have a 6-year warranty. 

If the general warranty period is more than what is stated above, honor the higher warranty period for 

EU/UK customers.
