15 repetitions & three sets (of 15 repetitions) are a great place to start. Things like planks start off for 30-45 

seconds and continue to work your way up. three-four workouts a week for 45 minutes and you will feel 

better, have more energy & look better over the course of three-four weeks. You'll want to keep track of what 

you did to see your progression and know how to challenge yourself in the future.
