All items are eligible for a lifetime warranty except the supplements (MCT Powder) which have a 30-day 

warranty. 

There is a 30-day return policy. 

Reps can replace without return without COA approval f the customer contacts us directly and is not 

satisfied/unhappy with the product. , 

Reps must contact COA or BM for assistance and approval prior to offering a refund. Refunds are 

handled without a return on a case-to-case basis. 


Will we issue replacements or refunds for customers who purchased products from an unauthorized 

retailer? 

No, the customer will need to go back to the original seller 

Customer Received Item as a Gift & Unable to Provide Order Details: 

Our current SOP is to ask the customer if it would be possible to get these details from the person who 

purchased the item and if they can provide the purchase date or an estimate of the purchase date. 

If the customer pushes back due to feeling uncomfortable or inappropriate to ask for this information we can 

move forward with replacing the item, if it is still within the warranty period. 


Customer Unable to Provide Order Number: 

Our current SOP is to walk the customer through steps on how to find their order number. If a customer is 

still unable to locate their order number we will not be able to provide a refund or replacement. 


Warranty Policy for European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK) Markets 

EU markets have a 2-year warranty. 

UK markets have a 6-year warranty. 

If the general warranty period is more than what is stated above, honor the higher warranty period for 

EU/UK customers.
