In certain circumstances, the order might get damaged in transit. Please follow the below steps in case you receive a damaged product:
1. If you see the package is tampered or in a damaged condition, kindly reject the order from the courier partner. You will receive a refund initiation notification post 24-48 hours and the same will reflect in your account within 10 working days.
Please note: In case you do not receive a notification post rejecting the order kindly drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and our concerned team will get back to you with an update within 48 hours.
2. In case you have accepted the package and you found the order damaged or in a used condition please proceed with the below steps:
Step 1: Kindly create a return on the app or website for the order and the return pick up will be initiated for the same.
Step 2:Please drop us a mail at email@example.com along with the images of the damaged product as well as your order ID and our concerned team will get in touch with you within 48 hours.
